    Order Processing Time

    All Gravify products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

    Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

    We ship worldwide using reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

    • European Union countries: 5-10 business days
    • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

    Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment.

    • Because all items are custom made, we do not accept cancellations once the order is in production.

    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
