Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gravify! We want you to love your purchase. Since our products are made to order (using a print-on-demand system), please read the following carefully to understand how refunds and returns are handled.


1. Made-to-Order Products – No General Returns

All Gravify products are manufactured after the order is placed, which means we don’t keep stock. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

Once we review your case, we’ll offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.


3. Shipping Damage

If your package was damaged during shipping, please take photos of both the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and assist you.


4. Sizing Issues

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please refer to it before ordering.
Since our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size is selected.


5. Order Cancellation or Changes

Orders go into production quickly after being placed. Because of this, cancellations or changes are only possible if production has not yet started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
